Low days while job hunting - 14 months and counting

I sent 5 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
