Low days while job hunting - 13 months and counting

After a layoff as a barista I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a barista before this. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
