Low days while job hunting - 13 months and counting

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
