Low days while job hunting - 13 months and counting

After a layoff as a social media manager I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a social media manager before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
