Low days while job hunting - 13 months and counting

I have been out of work for 20 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
