Low days while job hunting - 13 months and counting

After a layoff as an administrative assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
