Low days while job hunting

I sent 4 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
