Low days while job hunting - 12 weeks in

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
