Low days while job hunting - 12 months and counting

After a layoff as a delivery driver I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
