Low days while job hunting - 12 months and counting

After a layoff as a warehouse supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
