Low days while job hunting - 12 months and counting

I sent 18 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
