Low days while job hunting - 12 months and counting

After a layoff as an accountant I am finding mornings difficult. Thank you in advance. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
