Low days while job hunting - 12 months and counting

After a layoff as an IT help-desk technician I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
