Low days while job hunting - 12 months and counting

After a layoff as a welding apprentice I am finding mornings difficult. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
