Low days while job hunting - 11 months and counting

I sent 12 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
