Low days while job hunting - 10 weeks in

After a layoff as a home health aide I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
