Low days while job hunting - 10 months and counting

After a layoff as a school bus driver I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
