Low days while job hunting

After a layoff as a warehouse supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
