Low days while job hunting

After a layoff as an accounts payable clerk I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 6 weeks. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
