Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - what worked for you?

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as an event coordinator. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Which areas are hiring?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
