Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? (update)

Three companies in Phoenix cut staff in the same month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Who has switched fields?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
