Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? (update)

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a dental hygienist. It has been a long 15 weeks. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Which areas are hiring?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
