Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? (update)

Alex Eriksen · 2026-09-21T01:25:00.006Z

Our sector has been shrinking and I am unsure if I should wait it out. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. How did you choose?

Talk to people in the field you are considering. Two coffee chats changed my mind about one option.
