Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot?, operations analyst here

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as an operations analyst. It has been a long 10 weeks. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. How did you choose?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
