Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? (Oklahoma City)

Our sector has been shrinking and I am unsure if I should wait it out. It has been a long 10 weeks. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Who has switched fields?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
