Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot?, nurse's aide here

Three companies in Cincinnati cut staff in the same month. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable.

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
