Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? (Kansas City)

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as an operations analyst. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
