Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot?, home health aide here

Our sector has been shrinking and I am unsure if I should wait it out. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Which areas are hiring?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
