Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? (Fresno)

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a mechanic. It has been a long 10 weeks. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
