Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - first time posting

Three companies in Jacksonville cut staff in the same month. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Who has switched fields?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.

A short certificate helped me more than a new degree would have. Check what local colleges offer.
