Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - first time posting

Three companies in Fresno cut staff in the same month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have transferable skills but no direct experience elsewhere.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
