Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot?

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a sales associate. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Which areas are hiring?

A short certificate helped me more than a new degree would have. Check what local colleges offer.
