Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot?

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a production planner. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Who has switched fields?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
