Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? (Cleveland)

Three companies in Cleveland cut staff in the same month. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Who has switched fields?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
