Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot?, call-centre agent here

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a call-centre agent. It has been a long 3 weeks. I have transferable skills but no direct experience elsewhere.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
