Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? (Buffalo)

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a payroll clerk. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
