Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot?, bookkeeper here

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a bookkeeper. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Who has switched fields?

A short certificate helped me more than a new degree would have. Check what local colleges offer.

Talk to people in the field you are considering. Two coffee chats changed my mind about one option.
