Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - any advice?

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a social media manager. It has been a long 12 weeks. I have transferable skills but no direct experience elsewhere. Who has switched fields?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
