Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - any advice?

Three companies in Wichita cut staff in the same month. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Who has switched fields?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
