Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? after 6 years as a pharmacy technician

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a pharmacy technician. I am in Little Rock, in case local advice matters. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Which areas are hiring?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
