Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? after 5 years as a pharmacy technician

Three companies in Atlanta cut staff in the same month. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. How did you choose?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
