Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? after 4 years as a barista

Our sector has been shrinking and I am unsure if I should wait it out. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Which areas are hiring?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
