Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? after 3 years as an HR coordinator

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as an HR coordinator. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Which areas are hiring?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.
