Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? after 18 years as a customer-service rep

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a customer-service rep. There are 18 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have transferable skills but no direct experience elsewhere. Which areas are hiring?
