Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? after 17 years as a barista

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a barista. Any experience at all would help. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Which areas are hiring?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
