Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? after 13 years as an office manager

Three companies in Albuquerque cut staff in the same month. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Who has switched fields?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
