Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? after 11 years as a hotel front-desk agent

Many of the people I know in my field were laid off this year, including me as a hotel front-desk agent. It has been a long 23 weeks. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Who has switched fields?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
