Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? after 10 years as a logistics coordinator

Three companies in Detroit cut staff in the same month. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The postings I see are fewer and ask for more. Which areas are hiring?

Look at job postings to see which skills repeat, then fill the gap. That gave me a direction.

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
