Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot?

Three companies in Providence cut staff in the same month. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Who has switched fields?

I moved into operations work. The skills carried over and there were more openings than in my old field.
