Layoffs across my industry, where did you pivot? - 7 weeks in

Three companies in Detroit cut staff in the same month. It has been weighing on me all week. I am open to a pay cut if the field is stable. Who has switched fields?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
